Spring 2025 Grantees

General Operating Support

Called to Serve (CTS) is an emerging socio-economic community development entity (CDE) dedicated to the complete renewal, restoration and revitalization of underserved neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Mission of Mercy Neighborhood Ministries is to respond in a spirit of Mercy to the needs of the underserved in our community.

NTIT serve as the umbrella group for over 50 neighborhood-based organizations, CDCs, and area block captains.  They work in partnership to address neighborhood residents' needs for housing, education, employment and self-development, as well as community advocacy.

Through strong partnerships with a shared vision and mutual accountability, North10, Philadelphia works to improve the life outcomes for community members in Hunting Park – East Tioga by facilitating economic growth, increasing housing options, enhancing learning opportunities, and promoting wellness so that current residents and future generations can live happy, healthy, and civically engaged lives.

Small Things distributes food, hygiene, and household goods to our network of local partners, which is comprised of community centers, food pantries, and churches in and around Philadelphia, PA. Their partners understand the needs of their communities, and we supply them with the resources necessary to meet those needs.

At The Phoenix, they're fueling a movement that builds on the power of community and belonging to change how society approaches addiction and recovery. 

Timoteo uses sports as a hook to engage and impact the lives of young people in a holistic way. Through mentorship, they help youth develop character, confidence, and life skills.

Project Accelerator Support

12+ mission is to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to succeed in education and opportunities beyond 12th grade.

Beyond Literacy (BeLit) provides opportunities for adults and families by harnessing the power of literacy through free, high-quality education. As the leading literacy agency in Philadelphia, BeLit helps learners improve their reading, writing, math, English language, digital literacy, and workplace skills

CocoLife's mission is to help reduce race-related disparities in maternal health, while offering grief support for moms who have experienced the loss of a baby or loved one.  They cater to moms in 3 key maternal stages: Pregnancy, Postpartum & Compassion (pregnancy/infant loss)

Half A Million Kid's mission is to place every child eligible for adoption into a safe, permanent, loving home through their results based 3-Phase Plan.

MenzFit's mission is to ensure long–term gainful employment and financial fitness, to low–income men who are largely minority with little formal education.

PALS mission is to create inclusive camp experiences for people with and without Down syndrome. Their volunteer-led programs change attitudes, transform lives, and inspire a world of belonging.

Yoga 4 Philly's mission is to make yoga and meditation equitable and accessible so that all communities will improve mental and physical health.
